Shopping Delights

1. Shopping privileges are not applicable to wine miniatures or discounted or specified items or counters. Purchases of city'super Gift Cards or Shopping Vouchers, stored value top-up, delivery charges and gift wrapping charges are not eligible transactions. Please refer to instore price tags and promotional materials.

2. For super e-gold members, shopping privileges are applicable to physical stores during business hours from 3 to 7 Dec and the eShop (from 10:00 on 3 Dec to 23:59 on 7 Dec 2019) in Hong Kong; and available for super e members at physical stores during business hours from 4 to 7 Dec and the eShop (from 10:00 on 4 Dec to 23:59 on 7 Dec). Double/Triple Loyalty Points will be added automatically to your membership account according to the discounted net price within 36 hours. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount programme.

3. super e-gold members can receive for chase (see clause 1) at city'super ifc mall or New Town Plaza stores during Winterfest 2019. Eligible members will receive an email notification about the eCoupon, which can only be redeemed at online.citysuper.com.hk with the expiry date . Terms and conditions apply. 

super e Loyalty Point Programme super e

1. super e-gold members can enjoy triple loyalty points on their net spending at city’super, LOG-ON, cookedDeli and eShop from 3 to 7 Dec 2019. PlayStation products are excluded.

2. super e members can enjoy double loyalty points on their net spending at city’super, LOG-ON, cookedDeli and eShop from 4 to 7 Dec. PlayStation products are excluded.  

3. super e members must present their physical or electronic membership card before payment to receive loyalty points and have their spending record updated for transactions at city’super, LOG-ON, cookedDeli and eShop.

4. Your loyalty points and spending record will be updated within 36 hours of the purchase. Any claim of loyalty points after the transaction will not be entertained.

5. If you cancel a transaction or arrange a refund, the loyalty points earned for that transaction will be deducted automatically, including extra loyalty points earned in designated promotional offers.

6. Purchases of city'super Gift Cards or Shopping Vouchers, stored value top-up, delivery charges, plastic shopping bag charges and gift wrapping charges are not eligible for loyalty points or accumulated spending.

7. City Super Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this offer without prior notice, and of final decision on all matters of dispute.  

Welcome Gift Redemption

1. super e-gold members can redeem one environmental set (including Cooler Bag and Shopping Bag) while stocks last. This offer can be redeemed once only upon presentation of valid membership card at city'super or LOG-ON stores during the first 3 days of the event (3 to 5 Dec). Products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Photos are for reference only.  

Workshops

1. super e-gold members can enrol online for the complimentary workshops held at superlife culture club. Limited seats; registration will be on a first-come-first-served basis. The number of seats varies by workshop; please refer to the registration page for details.  

2.All member registration information will be verified. A confirmation email will be sent to members within 5 days for all successful registrations. Registered members are required to present a valid membership card and confirmation email before participation.  

3.Each super e-gold member can register for one workshop only at superlife culture club, and can bring ONE guest along to participate. Guests must attend the workshop together with the registered members. Registered members should arrive 10 minutes before the workshop starts.  

4. City Super Limited reserves the rights to make alternations to the class/event schedule, content, and instructor or guest speaker when necessary. Ingredients or materials used in the workshops may change due to special circumstances without advance notice.  

5. Workshops will be postponed or cancelled if the Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is announced. Whenever feasible, all workshops held at superlife culture club will resume as normal four hours after the signal is cancelled, depending on the time of the announcement.  

LOG-ON Member Redemption Offer

1. super e members are required to present a valid membership card and a same-day receipt with the required net spending issued by any LOG-ON store upon redemption. Each receipt is applicable for one redemption only and should include the related membership number.

2. During Winterfest 2019, super e-gold members can redeem designated Hello Kitty Lifestyle Concept X LOG-ON products at a special price with any purchase at LOG-ON stores during 3-7 Dec, while super e members can redeem during 4-7 Dec by presenting a same-day receipt issued by LOG-ON with net spending of HK$100 or above. Products are available while stocks last.

Exclusive member Services

1. super e members can get a free box of popcorn at city'super stores from 10:00 - 20:00 on 3 Dec by presenting a valid membership card while stocks last.

2. super e members can get a free candy floss at Metroplaza, apm & New Town Plaza LOG-ON stores from 3 to 7 Dec at 17:00 - 20:00 by presenting a valid membership card while stocks last.

Winterfest 2019

1. Winterfest 2019 starts on 3 Dec 2019 exclusively for super e-gold members at physical stores and the eShop from 10:00am onwards, and is available to all super e members from 4 to 7 Dec at 10:00 to 23:59. Expired offers will not be accepted and no retrospective arrangements will be made.

2. To enjoy the privileges, simply present your valid super e membership card or city'super Private Label Card / CODE Card during Winterfest 2019. Shopping discounts at the eShop are not applicable to city'super Private Label Card / CODE Card. Membership cannot be transferred.

3. Some of the activities, merchandise and tasting dishes are available in selected stores only.

4. Cooking Demonstrations will be held at superlife culture club at Harbour City and Times Square stores on 4 Dec and 5 Dec respectively from 18:30 to 19:30.

5. New member registrations will be suspended from 4 to 7 Dec 2019. Members can apply for super e membership by presenting a maximum of 3 valid sales receipts issued by city'super, LOG-ON or cookedDeli stores in Hong Kong with a total net spending of HK$600 or above within 30 days after 7 Dec 2019.

6. Cancelled transactions or refunds will result in the automatic deduction of loyalty points, accumulated spending and Reward eCoupons from the purchase, including any extra loyalty points and Reward eCoupons earned from specific promotions (including but not limited to Double/Triple Loyalty Points offers).

7. City Super Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Event activity without prior notice, and of final decision on all matters of dispute.
