Founder – Mr. Akubo, comes from Kagawa Prefecture (formerly known as Sanuki) established this brand in Hong Kong since 2003, serving Japanese handmade Sanuki Udon.

They adhere to use their own dough and homemade Udon every day to lets it have chewy and al dente texture.

Served with the Crispy Tempura on a Bonito soup base Udon, such as Fried Shrimp, Fried Potato Cake or Fried Assorted Vegetables etc. is the traditional Japanese cuisine and you will find the other yummy.
